New Phone Buy Back

  • If the phone is open or unsealed, no deduction will be made.
  • New phones must be completely brand new and never used.
  • Make sure all items and accessories are complete, including original wrappers, protectors, and so on.
  • If the Apple product warranty has been activated, there will be a deduction starting from $30, depending on the model.
  • Check the activation date on the Apple warranty status website (https://checkcoverage.apple.com/sg/en). It should not be more than 5 days from the purchase date.
  • For brand new phones, you need to provide the original receipt showing the date and IMEI.
  • The receipt must be within 5 days of the purchase date. If you donā€™t have the receipt, a deduction starting from $20 (depending on the model) will apply.
  • Brand new phones with a purchase date older than 5 days will also face a deduction starting from $20, depending on the model.
  • Take note that buyback prices can change without warning and are only valid at the time of the transaction.
  • As required by the Singapore Police Force, sellers must bring their ID, passport, work permit, or any other valid identification for the transaction.
  • We have the right to reject any offer without giving a reason.
  • The prices listed are for Singapore Local Set devices only.

Used Phone Trade-in

  • The device must be able to power on and off, charge properly, read IMEI, and work with all Singapore telco SIM cards.
  • Wi-Fi connection must be working.
  • The screen must be in good conditionā€”no cracks, scratches, dead pixels, shadows, discolouration, or water damage.
  • The body of the device should not have any major damage, cracks, dents, and all buttons must work properly.
  • The device cannot be a clone set. iCloud, Find My iPhone, Samsung lock, Google lock, and phone lock must be removed.
  • Fingerprint or Face ID must be working.
  • If the device condition is not so good, the price offered may be lower.
  • The prices listed are for devices in mint conditionā€”both physically and functionally.
  • The prices are based on the device coming with the full original set, including the box, charger, cable, and all accessories.
  • Swapped, replaced, or exchanged sets are considered used.
  • Trade-in values can change anytime without notice and are only valid at the time of transaction.
  • As required by Singapore Police Force, sellers must show their ID, passport, or work permit during the transaction.
  • We have the right to reject any offer without giving a reason.
